Blade: The butcher-style blade undergoes a rigorous hand-forging process that includes repeated cycles of quenching, hammering, tempering, and clamping. During quenching, the steel is heated to temperatures between 1500 and 1600 degrees Fahrenheit, while the tempering process exposes it to 350 to 450 degrees Fahrenheit, creating a high-carbon steel blade that significantly outlasts the average knife.

Each knife features a full tang design, providing exceptional strength, durability, and balance. This design enhances control, comfort, and grip, making it an ideal tool for precision and ease in the kitchen.


Handle:  The full tang blade is flanked by an ebony wood handle on both sides, securely riveted in place to create a knife that perfectly balances the comfort and grip of the wood with the strength and durability of the steel.
